We provide an AI-native workspace for affiliate content creators, including script generation, revenue tracking, and account automation tools. By using these tools, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AffilAI Studio strictly in accordance with these terms. As a condition of your use, you warrant to us that you will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI models, scrape data from our platform, or use our automation tools to violate the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Amazon).

AffilAI Studio utilizes artificial intelligence models to generate content packages. You retain ownership of the "Inputs" you provide (your videos, prompts, and product links).

Ownership of Outputs: We grant you full commercial usage rights to the "Outputs" generated by our AI. However, due to the nature of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee uniqueness or copyrightability of the generated text across different users.

Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
