1. Overview

At AffilAI Studio (https://affilai-nine.vercel.app/), we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our AI-powered creator tools.

2. Data We Collect

Personal Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and profile name via Supabase Authentication.

Content Inputs: We store the videos you upload and the prompts you provide to our AI models to generate your content packages.

Affiliate Data: We collect and track clicks/royalties on the Smart Links you generate through our platform to provide you with revenue insights.

3. Social Authentication (OAuth)

AffilAI Studio allows you to link your TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.

  • What we store: We store encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens.
  • Security: All tokens are encrypted using AES-256 standards.
  • Access: We only request "Read-Only" permissions for profile stats (follower counts, engagement) unless you specifically authorize posting permissions.

4. AI Data Processing

We utilize Google Gemini (Vertex AI) to process your content. Your inputs are sent to Google's secure infrastructure for transient processing. We do not use your personal content to train our general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Deletion (User Rights)

In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and platform-specific requirements (Meta/TikTok/Google), you have the absolute right to delete your data.

How to Delete:

  1. Go to Settings → Account in your dashboard.
  2. Click "Delete My Account".
  3. This will instantly and permanently wipe your profile, all uploaded content, and all encrypted social tokens from our database.

You may also email privacy@affilai.studio with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it within 48 hours.
